Provided labor, equipment, and coating to set up and manual de-scale steel deck to achieve surface condition to 2.5 prior to coating application.

Cut to fit and install deck plating full perimeter welding and plug welds on intermediate plate surface penetrating into the existing transverse framing, work performed and approved by Lloyd's. Deck 9.

Installed and upgraded new pool and Jacuzzi machinery systems for Deck 9.

Installed water park tank slide pump systems.

Provided technicians, tools, and equipment in order to set up and disconnect, removed the following equipment:
- Pump and motor with all their   associated piping and valves.
- Jacuzzi units’ filters and distribution manifolds.
- Electrical heaters and piping.
- Disconnect and remove dosage pumps and metering devices.
- Disconnect and remove overflow   plastic tanks, after being cut in sections.
- Disconnect all CPVC supply and   return Jacuzzi and pool piping thru deck # 10 and deck # 11 (through ceilings).
- Disconnect and remove electrical motor controller enclosures.
- Disconnect and remove pool dump automated pneumatic system and secure air supply line.
- Disconnect and removed Jacuzzi units, air blower units, and foundations.

Fabricated blanks and installed new by welding on all eliminated piping penetrations leading into the compartment. Deck 10.

Provide labor, and equipment for the installation of a new gray water vacuum pump system, water motivated evacuation (priming) ejector.

Install and connect water operated ejector type vacuum system on existing pump.

Rig and transport pump unit to engine room, fabricate and install by welding one pump foundation and position.

Fabricated complete suction pipe segment attached with suction check valve.

Fabricated and installed suction strainer as per original design.

Fabricated and installed discharge pipe segment attached with stop/check valve connected to overboard.

Modified and connected one stop valve to divide suction piping in two systems.

Fabricate brackets and installed motor starter, installed cable tray's and cable runs connecting starter and electrical motor.

Renewed all pipe supports fastened to tank top.

Installed vacuum gauges into the gray water suction piping to determine efficient function of system.

Assisted electrical department staff to power feed cable from power distribution panel into the local control panel for utilization and connection into the newly installed electric motor.

Fabricated and installed pool slide piping, including disconnection and removals.

Fabricated, fitted and installed all section manifold, valves, and piping.

Re-aligned and connected slide water pumps.

Fabricated new installation slide discharge pipe line.

Set up, penetrated deck 9, and routed thru slide column stations, up to glass elevator machinery compartment. Penetrate Aft.

Bulkhead, new segment and connected discharge fitting into the slide.

Fabricated and installed R/O unit with stainless steel pipe

Installed boiler pipes and overhaul valves.

Fabricated and installed overboard fitting and piping.

Installed propulsion room EVAC units.

Fabricated exhaust gas boiler feed water # 2.

Installed new Alfa Laval unit and auxiliary system installation. Fabricated mounting foundation and oil drip pan. Install units into base, with appropriate bracket supports to ensure vibration free operation.

Set up and installed Oily water tank 1P divisional steel bulkhead.

Set up fabricate dedicated s/steel overboard pipe, to serve individually each pump associated with a check valve, ejector prime pipe, and flanges.

Fabricated E.G.B, feed water # 1 piping. Installed auxiliary boiler room. Set up, disconnect, rig and remove all segments and valve manifolds, to fabrication shop deck "0". Set up target and fabricate new piping segments and manifolds

Set up and fabricated new Cu Ni piping as original thru out deck tank top, for ballast line.
