STEEL
Steel deck installation (Doubblers, inserts), bulkhead repair, modifications, and framing. Our team of class approved welders/fitters are experienced in all forms of MIG, TIG, STICK, to complete your project in time and with quality assurance.
PIPING
Our certified technicians are experts and experienced with all type of pipe material and sizes, for any type of service and applications.
Engineering services and turn key project can be provided for any internal or external systems, including design, modification, prefabrication, installation, and repairs.
MACHINERY
Engineering services available for pump repairs and overhaul, valve overhaul, mist detector, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs. Machinery repairs can be performed while vessel is in service if required.
Dry Dock Or In Service Repairs
Our project management staff will work with you to coordinate all projects and are experienced in meeting dry dock scheduling constraints or work can be executed while the ship is in service. Emergency repairs are also available.
Engineers and technicians can be scheduled during dry dock or while in service to repair engines and machinery systems, including, but not limited to: boilers, steam power plants, turbines, condensers, heat exchangers, reduction gears, auxiliary machinery, blowers, feed pumps, ejector units, distillers, fuel system lines, water makers, reverse osmosis systems, etc.
